- The students will look at the - I tend to relax and give warning

reflect in their behavior. discipline them. However, the
students started to recognize my
actions and acted so comfortably
with me. I still did not give time-
outs but I had to change my facial
expressions. When they got too
loud, I stopped everything and put
on my serious face. Since the very
first day, I have never showed my
serious face to them. Thats when
they realized that I was serious and
that I was waiting for them to be
quiet. It was a great lesson for me
because I have learned that for a
person like me, facial expression
can be my greatest tool to
classroom management.

- Magic marshmallow method. - My students love to imagine all


kinds of stuff. So I came up with a
way to control the classroom by
telling them to put their magic
marshmallow inside their method.
They cannot swallow it until I tell
them to swallow in unison. It really
helped a lot. Everytime the class
got loud, I would always use
Clapping or Magic Marshmallow
method to silent it down.
