Education is generally understood as a form of learning whereby

knowledge, skills and habits are etched out in the minds of an individual
through instruction, training, SHARING, and COMMUNICATING. In a nut-
shell education is usually understood as a transfer of information and
knowledge from one individual to the other.
I would like to ask for your permission to conduct a culminating activity
regarding an ICT project in Empowerment Technologies. The recipients of
the program will be students of Lopez National Comprehensive High School
as listed below with the schedule and training to be conducted by each group
of STEM students sections Diamond and Turquoise.

The essence of Project-Based Learning lies in the engaging experiences

that involve learners in complex and real world projects through which they
develop and apply skills and knowledge. In this environment, learners
choose, plan, design and construct artifacts as part of their learning
outcomes. In this case, the assessment of what they have gained in the
subject will be reflected on what they will have to share to their co-students.
May I also request that they be allowed to be excused during the said
activity. We are hoping for your favorable response this matter. Thank you
