LETTER FROM YOUR PRESIDENT


Hello, Neighbors!

With the Holidays fast approaching, one of the things I will be giving
thanks for is that I get to live in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded
by like minded people who care about their homes, neighborhoods
and community. This is shown by how well people keep their yards
and homes nice to maintain a neighborhood that is sought after..

I also am thankful for those who have received the letter from me
asking to comply with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions

The HOA Board meets on the FIRST Sunday of the month.
The HOA board plans to be engaged in the activities Officers and Board Members
within our neighborhood as much as possible. All
neighbors of Cumberland Falls are welcome to attend
the monthly meetings to bring up questions and/or
concerns. The board will review all requests for up-
dates to property and any concerns voiced by the
homeowners. If you would like to attend a meeting,
please email the board prior to the meeting and to get
a spot on the agenda.

SAFETY TIP:
This tip came from a neighborhood watch coordinator.
Next time you come home for the night, put your keys
beside your bed. If you hear a noise outside your home or
someone is trying to get into your house, just press thepanic
button for your car. The alarm will be set off, and thehorn
will continue to sound until either you turn it off orthe car
battery dies. Odds are the perpetrator won't stickaround.
It's a security alarm system that you probably alarm system

it! The car alar will go off from almost anywhere in your
home.

view the HOA Covenants for restrictions. An application
for improvements can be submitted to the HOA Board for
review. If you need a copy of the application, you can
