To

The Entry Clearance Officer,

Applicant: RANJIT SINGH GILL

SUB:- APPLICATION FOR FAMILY VISITOR VISA TO ATTEND THE

MARRIAGE

Res. Sir/madam,

ECOs Decision

You have stated on the application from that you wish to visit the UK for
one month in order to visit your sister whom you last saw this year end to
attend a wedding. I recognize that family visits are important. I must
consider the information regarding your sponsors support of your
intentions are as stated and that you meet requirements of the Immigration
Rules, I must assess your own personal and financial circumstances.

You have stated that you are a clerk in the Punjab State Power
Corporation where from your wage slips, your net income there is from
Rs.15,500 ( 176 when Rs.88=1) to Rs.19,500(221).You state that your
average monthly earnings are Rs.87,593(995) but you have provided no
proof of this. Your bank statement and tax documents do not show you
receive the income you have stated on your visa application form .You have
submitted untransalted land deeds which did not assist in assessing the
application. The valuation documents and other reports you have sent us to
support your application does not help us assess your circumstances. Such
documents readily available and produced and an independent
organization cannot bprove the contents are genuine.this is because
FACTS PROVIDED BY ME ARE AS UNDER:-

MATTER OF NOT PROVIDING EVIDENCE OF INCOME OF Rs 87,593.00

P/M

I am agree with the decision of ECO that I had not provided the evidence
of my income but I want to clarify here that I had provided income proof my
Government job but not provided the proof of agriculture income which I
am providing the same are as under:-

1. Salary certificate of myself getting net salary of Rs 21000/- P/M

approx.
2. Job letter & leave sanction letter
3. Copy of Identity card
4. Pay slips
5. Income tax returns
6. Land revenue record of Agriculture land
7. Lease agreement of land given on rent @Rs 35,000/- per acre of 20
Acres.

So I think these are the sufficient evidences as proof of my Income here in

India. Please erase the objection raised on my visa application.

MATTER OF BANK STATEMENT AND TAX DOCCUMENTS DO NOT

SHOW THE INCOME

So far as the objection raised by the ECO is genuine but I want to clear
here that I have Income of Rs 10,50,000/- per year approx. from my job
and agriculture. But I have not send the agriculture Income proof of my self
because AS I am Govt. employee I have given land on lease to cultivate,
from which I get rent of Rs 7,00,000/- Per year at the @ Rs 35,000/- per
acre and I have 20 Acres of land. As agriculture income is exempted from
Income Tax ,so thats why I had not mentioned in my return. Now I am
enclosing the lease agreement along with land revenue record of
agriculture land for your kind consideration.

MATTER OF LAND DEEDS PROVIDED WITHOUT TRANSLATION

So far as the objection raised by the ECO regarding that deeds are not
translated in the English is not genuine because I had provided the land
deeds in English. But now again I am providing the land deed and other
documents with English version as required.
MATTER OF VALUATION DOCUMENTS AND OTHER REPORTS

I strongly disregard this objection at all and would like to state that reports
is based upon the facts and documents provided as evidence of property
and shows a concise picture of economical circumstances of a person.
These persons are the authorizedRegistered persons under the govt
license which is to be wrongly assessed by the entry clearance officer that
this is an independent organization. They are registered under
govtLicense. If the ECO has any doubt on the report he can verify it from
his own sources, but this would be wrong to say that this does not help to
assess the circumstances are genuine.

MATTER OF DEPOSIT OF Rs 1,00,000.00 IN MY ACCOUNT

I am agree with the objection raised by ECO and now providing the
evidence of deposit of Rs 1,00,000.00 in my bank account is the amount, I
received in lieu of Rent of agriculture land. I am enclosing here with the
receipt of amount received of lease of land from Manjit Singh S/O
Gurcharan Singh and the same has been deposited by me in my bank
account on 25-06-2012.

DURATION OF VISIT

I have taken leave from my department for one month when applied
previously along with my wife from 01-08-2012 to 31-08-2012, but
application got rejected and now I am applying again dropping my wife for
visa and applying myself only and applying for 17 days only as per my
leave.

PURPOSE BEHIND THE VISIT & RETURN FROM UNITED KINGDOM

My sole reason behind this visit is to attend the Marriage of my niece

Ravinder Kaur on 26-08-2012 and fulfill the duties of Maternal Uncle and
nothing has been concealed thereof. So keeping in mind the income and
bank balance & I have my family here in India comprising of my Mother,
spouse and my three childrens. I have some responsibility towards them. I
dont think that the objection raised regarding my not return to India is
baseless.

PERSONAL & SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

So far as the matter of my personal and financial circumstances are
concerned I would like to clear that my economic as well as social
circumstances are clear like a picture. I am leading a respectful life here in
India. So far as the matter of my return from United Kingdom is concerned I
would like to state that I have my entire social and economic ties here in my
home country. I have my family in India . I have some responsibilities
towards them and my roots are in this country. I have no such intention of
overstaying in another country permanently or recourse to public funds nor
have my intention to seek employment over there.

PRAYTER

So you are requested to kindly erase the entire objection raised on my visa
application and take necessary action on my application, so that I can get
visa as early as possible.
