Manitoba and New Brunswick are both mining friendly provinces with great exploration potential
Manitoba is ranked #19 in the world as the most favourable jurisdiction to undertake mining and
exploration (Fraser Institute Survey of Mining Companies 2015-2016)

Rice Island Property Wolfden Diamond Drilling Results

In 2015-2016, Wolfden completed 6,676 metres of drilling in 29 drill holes; significant Ni-Cu-Co was intersected in 25 of the 25
holes drilled in the historical deposit locale; 3.83% Ni, 1.33% Cu, 0.17% Co/9.90m & 3.29% Ni, 1.32% Cu, 0.13% Co/12,4n

Recent EM survey completed by WLF (end of 2016)

defined several strong conductors below the New

Collectively, conductors outline an area of 250 metres
by 300 metres prospective for additional
high-grade mineralization

WLFs VTEM survey is suggestive of an extension of Ni-Cu-Co mineralization to SW of known deposit

Conductors and magnetic high (reflecting the known deposit) persist for 800 metres to the SW
3 drill holes completed by WLF all intersected Ni-Cu-Co in furthest holes drilled to the SW

Eagle Ni-Cu-PGE Deposit, Michigan A Small Intrusion

Eagle Deposit Plan View Eagle Deposit Cross Section

EagleIntrusion

100 Metres
FeederZone

420 Metres

Takeaway is that you do not need a large intrusion to host an economic Ni-Cu-PGE deposit

Eagle contains 5MT at a grade of 3.0% Ni and 1.5% Cu as well 3.0 g/t PGE

Key is to understand the magmatic system and its channel-ways and fluid-flow
dynamics; Eagle East deposit was discovered by following the conduit over a
1 km distance that connects both the Eagle and Eagle East intrusions

What to Look For:

Diamond drilling will be completed to test the strong conductors located below the New Lower Zone at Rice Island
in efforts to increase the tonnage of the high-grade Ni-Cu-Co mineralization
,
Additional drilling will be directed at extending the Rice Island deposit to the SW; testing a series of conductors that
coincide with a magnetic high; drilling may be completed on regional airborne anomalies as well
