STG advocates safety, as it precludes human suffering and individual hardship
and directly contributes to the improvement of worker morale which, in turn,
results in better productivity on site as well as on the shop floor. Safety
supervisors promote a safe working environment by implementing the
company safety plan, conducting safety inspections, organizing safety
orientations, and holding regular safety meetings.

They policy of Safety Department of Saudi Thalate Group (STG),provides a safe
work place for all employees and prevention of accidents to minimize loss of
life, severe injuries and damage to its physical assets. Maintain a safe and
healthy work environment and protect the workers against foreseeable
hazards resulting from operation.
STG encourages employee participation, good communication and viable

suggestion. It also encourages off- the-job safety training for all employees to
protect themselves and their families from harm during off-duty hours. Check
and advice on each work plan or procedures for safety prior to work
commencement.
