The editbox : it is unique and works as well to select/save/delete sessions

and to create folders.

The classical sessions list: when you select a particular folder in the list
the sessions list will be restricted to the sessions matching the folder
name (the editbox above must be blank)

The button New folder: when you want to create a new folder, just set
its name into the editbox above and click on that button

The folders list: 2 functions:

- when the editbox Saved Sessions is blank, you use the folders list to
filter sessions to print into the sessions listbox
- when the editbox Saved Sessions contains a session name you use it
to define which folder this session belongs to. Dont forget to Save you
session (with button Save).
