SURGERY PART ONE OSCA - BACK PAIN This patient presents with back pain. There is no history af infury. Please take a hx to confirm/disprove the diagnosis of a prolapsed disc. It radiated down the R leg. There was a 4 day history of R foot numbness. ‘Candhates scored from 12-28/30. Common mistakes were not tulty asking the pas questions and not asking enough question to exclude DDx - ie malignant mets, osteomyalitis ota.
