Ref:- Special Report Dt.16-12-2016 received from the Chief Superintendent,
Government Junior college for Girls, Nalgonda.

The Chief Superintendent, appointed for Departmental Tests May -2016 Session,
at Government Junior college for Girls, in special Report brought to the notice of the
Commission, that during the conduct of Departmental Tests, the candidate
Sri T. Sanjeeva Reddy , bearing Register No. 13000190 indulged in Malpractice case
as he was using cell phone during the examination, taking photo of Question paper with
the cell phone.

The Commission, after careful examination of the facts and perusal of the report
available, has opined that there was clear violation of instructions issued to the
candidates in the Departmental Tests Notification No. 19/2016 vide instructions at Para
VIII instruction No. IX & XIX & para XI (d)that Penal provisions of the A.P Public
Examination (Prevention of Mal Practice & Unfair Means Act 1997 (Act No. 25/97) shall
be invoked if malpractice & Unfair means are adopted at any stage of the examination
and the candidate will be debarred from writing TSPSC examinations besides
invalidation of his OMR Answer sheet of the Test.

Hence the following penalty is imposed on the candidate.
