Best Practice: Partner Statement

of Work (SOW) Checklist


Purpose: The purpose of this checklist is to provide Customers, Partners and salesforce Account Executives a best
practices framework to assess Statements of Work for salesforce projects. Following these best practice
guidelines for SOW completeness, clarity and expected deliverables will contribute to customer project
success.

Resource Identification / Team Matrix laying out:

Project Timelines/Milestones (High Level Gantt Chart)

Cost for each deliverable As its iterative, show the cost for each deliverable

to complete project
Travel Expenses Any need for on-site resources and costs
associated.
Total Fees Total cost of the solution including applicable
taxes
