TomonitoractivitiesofHeatingVentilating&AirconditioningEquipment.

PRIMARYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct inspection of all HVAC materials, equipment, site construction activities, testing, adjusting and
balancingofHVACsystemasperapplicableStandards.
MonitorandensurethatallHVACsiteactivitiesareconductedinaccordancewithapprovedshopdrawing,
specificationandinstallationprocedureandmaterialstorageprocedureisproperlyimplemented.
Inspectiononducting,lining,insulationoftheairconditioninglines/system.
Prepareand implementinspectionandtest planbasedonprojectspecifications,codesandstandards
ASHRAE.
IssuenonconformancereporttoconstructionteamanyviolationofHVACqualitystandards.Ensurethat
correctiveactionstoanyviolationofHVACqualitystandardsareconductedandverifythatalltheaction
takenfullyconformedwithqualityrequirement.
TomonitortheconstructionworkstoensurecomplianceofqualitystandardsofHVACsystem.
Inspection & installation of HVAC equipments Refrigeration/ airconditioning equipments like
compressors,condensers,evaporators,fansandcontrolsystems;
Complete Assembling Installation, testrunning, precommissioning & Commissioning of air conditioning
equipments.
SECONDARYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complieswiththehighestlevelofsafetyduringallstagesofworktoavoidanytypeofincidentsandor
accidents.Takereasonablecareofownhealthandsafetyandthatofothersintheworkplace.
2. Complieswithallstatutoryrequirementsconnectedwiththeimplementationofproject.
WORKEXPERIENCE: OTHERSKILLSANDCOMPETENCIES:
Minimum08yearsexperienceinthecontractscopeof Familiarity with ISO9000 quality control.
