For many years I have been experimenting with many new materials that support fluxing wave
propagation in ways that are not observed in nature. Other research teams around the world are
doing similar experiments that also backup this theory. I have been able to create materials that
support this type of effect for light and electromagnetic waves. Even some physicists are starting to
challenge what was thought to be the basic laws of nature. Many of the hard-nosed skeptics are
finding it increasingly more difficult to disprove the left-hand rule and its effect on different kinds of
materials.

In nature, all materials seem to obey the right-hand rule. The fingers of the right hand represent the
waves of the electric field, and when you curl the fingers around to the base of the hand, this
represents the magnetic field; the outstretched thumb indicates the direction of the flow of power

The Left Hand Rule shows what happens when charged particles (such as electrons in a current)
enter a magnetic field. You need to contort your hand in an unnatural position for this rule, illustrated
below. As you can see, if your index finger points in the direction of a magnetic field, and your middle
finger, at a 90 degree angle to your index, points in the direction of the charged particle (as in an
electrical current), then your extended thumb (forming an L with your index) points in the direction of
the force exerted upon that particle. This rule is also called Fleming's Left Hand Rule, after English
electronics pioneer John Ambrose Fleming, who came up with it.
Back in 1968 a Russian theorist; V.G. Veselago had predicted that new materials could be engineered
to interact with our environment, which is just the opposite of how natural materials react. In 2000,
researchers at the University of California-San Diego (UCSD) confirmed this, creating what's known
as the first "left-handed" material. A special team at UCSD created material that caused fields to
move to the left even though the electromagnetic energy moved to the right. The light waves
produced in this material also produced an inverted Doppler effect. Researchers at MIT and the
University of Delaware, is also exploring left-handed media.

We are now discovering that the things we held to be inviolable can in fact, be violated under certain
conditions. Many research teams are already able to build structures that support this theory.

Much of my research over the past 17 years has proved that these new kinds of materials can cause
different affects when it comes to magnetic fields. Im already using left-handed material in my ERR
(Electromagnetic Radiation Receiver) experiments. Ive proven this theory with my ERR prototype.
Even though some of us have proven the left-hand theory, no one seems to want to admit that we
have disproved one of the sacred laws of nature.

A special frequency generator is used to induce a series of alternating Flux Frequencies to create a
flow of electrons. This theory is still in the experimental stages so we still have a lot of research and
testing for safety and other factors.

The secret is in the special materials in the Plates and how the coils are activated inside the Plates.

We will not be releasing any blueprints or technical information due to the strict security of this
project. These simple drawings and information is not enough for other research organizations to
copy our technology.

We still need to build our first large scale prototype and test it over a period of time to make sure its
safe before we can get our UL Approval. The smaller model worked very well but we dont know how
the bigger one will work until its built and tested.

This Flux Power Station is designed to have an output of at least 800,000 Watts, with a possibility of
one Mega-Watt. Since my new plate design has never been tested on this size plate, we cannot be
sure of its exact output, we are also developing some new left-handed materials that could possible
increase the output by as much as 2 to 4 times in the very near future. Until then we can still increase
the wattage output by just adding more Flux Power Chambers. Each Power Chamber has an output
of at least 50,000 to 80,000 watts.

The copper and fiberglass tracks with all the electrical contacts where the Flux Plates slide into place
will be built in our machine shop. After the chambers are finished and the cement is cured, the tracks
will be bolted into place. The cement work will take about 3 to 4 weeks to finish the 16 chambers. By
then the first 32 tracks will be ready to install. Each Flux Power Plate as its finished will be slid into
place and tested to make sure its making proper contact. After all of the 160 Flux Power Plates have
been slid into place and tested, we can bolt the airtight chamber vault door into place. Then we will be
ready to test the o-rings with a vacuum pump. After the chamber has passed the vacuum test we can
pressure-rise the chamber to 1.5 psi with a special gas. Then the first chamber will be ready to go on
line.
The new Flux Power Plates should be pretty well maintenance free for many years. As we develop
newer and better Power Plates the older Plates can be easily replaced by shutting down one
chamber at a time. After the frequency generator is shut down going to that chamber then the cover
can be removed exposing the plates. If the new Flux Power Plates are the same thickness then the
old plates are simply slid out and the new plates slid into place. If the new plates are thicker or thinner
then the tracks will need to be replaced. After replacing the plates the o-rings on the vault door is
replaced and the cover is bolted back on. After the chamber has been vacuum tested and there are
no leaks, then the chamber can be pressurized and the frequency generator turned on. After output is
tested then the chamber is ready to be put back on line.

Each power chamber contains 10 Flux Power Plate Assembles with top and bottom Plexiglas tracks.
The bottom track has a total of 70 copper contacts that connects to the bottom of the Flux Power
Plate, 7 to each Plate.

Each Ceramic Flux Power Plate contains 5 Coil Plates; each Coil Plate contains 144 Flux Coils. A
fully assembled Flux Power Plate has a total of 720 Flux Power Coils.

Since the MFG produces DC power the same as solar panels it needs to be converted to AC before
its sent to the grid system. Large DC motors can be used as the prime movers to power AC
generators. This is a very cheap and efficient way of converting DC to AC

A special integrated magnetic resonant power converter is used to stabilize the DC Flux power
output. Below are drawings showing the technical aspects of the converter.

This is to show the relative magnetic field. I use a special frequency generator to induce a series of
alternating frequencies to the 720 flux coils that are imbedded into the plates to create a flow of
electrons when activating the coils.
Some of the most important materials in the ERR Technology.

Bismuth
Of all the metals, it is the most naturally diamagnetic, and only mercury has a lower thermal conductivity. When
deposited in sufficiently thin layers on a substrate, bismuth is a semiconductor. Due to its extraordinarily long
half-life, for nearly all applications bismuth can be treated as if it is stable and non-radioactive. However, the
radioactivity is of academic interest because bismuth is one of few elements whose radioactivity was suspected,
and indeed theoretically predicted, before being detected in the laboratory.

Graphene
Graphene has become one of the hottest subjects of physics research, has let experimenters create the first im-
ages of small, individual atoms such as hydrogen. As if that werent enough, a second group of scientists claims
graphene is the strongest material known, adding to its already record-breaking status as the thinnest.

Graphene is an ultra-thinjust one atom thicklayer of ordinary graphite, the form of carbon used as the writ-
ing material in pencils. Graphene grabbed the scientific communitys attention starting in 2005 when research-
ers reported exotic electronic behavior in the material. For instance, in graphene, electronsthe subatomic part-
icles that carry electric chargeact as though they are weightless. Graphenes surprising attributes have made
researchers view it as a possibly ideal material for use in minuscule electronic devices.

Magnesium

Magnesium's characteristics are similar to its sister metal, aluminum. It not only has the lowest density of all the
metal elements, making it the lightest, but it is also very strong, highly resistant to corrosion, easily machinable
and a great electron carrier.

Due to the solar wind from our sun, energy is constantly hitting the earth. This shows how ions and
electrons strike the earth. Energy is present all around us, we are only now learning how to us it. The
time has come to stop polluting our planet; its the only place we have to live. There is abundant
energy all around us that we can use without burning fossil fuels that pollute our planet.

The Earths Magnetic Field

The earth is being destroyed by our present form of producing electrical power. Not only are we
polluting our soil, water and air, were also destroying the earths Magnetic Field.

There is a formula that describes a molecular structure that is just outside the earth's rim that is the
control factor that governs the complete particle interchange process of our solar system. The
balanced formula is given as C - 2 + 14z = 710Y + 409, however the current situation on our planet
has the formula reading something like C - 2 + 14z = 710Y + 430 which is out of balance. Two main
technological advances, electricity and radioactive particle production (and the spreading of those
particles through explosions, power plants, etc.), are creating an imbalance in this formula. Evidence
of this imbalance is becoming more and more apparent. The ozone holes which continue to worsen,
the increase in storms, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions; the gravitational fluctuations and the
suns erratic behavior are all indications of a serious imbalance in the system. I will briefly discuss this
evidence of imbalance. The ionosphere is not merely an "ozone layer" or "invisible gases" but it is a
rim of pulsing neutrons that is the distribution zone for the energy that supplies this planet. Electrical
power plants are now forming ionospheric neutrons into electricity at a rate whereby the feed source
that provides our planet with energy cannot sustain this protective rim, thus ozone depletion is
happening. The electricity we produce is the primary cause of ozone depletion. It is imperative to
generate energy from a natural attraction principle. When science is able to observe the core
structure of the electron, then they will understand the need to stop generating electricity because the
effects will be clearly observable.

The molecular structure C - 2 + 14z = 710Y + 409 governs the conditions within the entire earth
system, including the conditions of our atmosphere. As this governing molecular structure is affected
by electricity and radioactive particle production, our environment will reap the consequences. For
example, storms start as an imbalance in the magnetic field that creates the physical manifestations
such as tornadoes, hurricanes, lightning, etc. that are attempts to regain balance. The storms will get
worse as humans throw off the magnetic harmonies of the earth with more and more destructive
technology. This magnetic rebalancing of the earth is the primary cause for the increase in vortexual
storms.

Likewise, almost all geological activity is the result of the earth regaining or re-establishing balance in
the magnetic grid. The earth depends on atomic consistency in the elemental vibrations. Humans
have created elements that do not occur in nature and then humans spread those elements
throughout the system. This radical molecular contamination is far more serious than scientists have
realized. The future of our species depends on redistribution or nucleic breakdown of radioactive
particles. Theres a direct correlation between humans throwing off the planets energy grid and the
upheaval of the elements to regain balance.

The energy exchange between the earth and sun is continuous and largely interdependent. The
conditions on earth are reflected by the sun and vice versa. The earth and sun will purge the system
of radioactive waste and a new magnetic grid will be established for earth.

The variables in this formula (C, z, & Y) represent energies that are constantly changing to keep both
sides of the equation in perfect balance. This formula represents a system in motion. The molecular
structure (represented by this formula) is designed to keep perfect harmony between the Center Point
or KING PIN, around which the total Universe takes its preordained course, and the Earth. The left
side is the energy from the Universe coming into our Solar System and the right side is the
manifestation of that energy. The problem is that we are currently experiencing an imbalance of
energy on earth because of our technological influence. This imbalance is causing an unwanted
change to the Y part of the formula. Fusion, fission, and electricity are creating harmonic rifts in the
Universal tapestry that must be mended.

The impact of electricity and radioactive particles is now responsible for the destructive distortion of
the 710 units of combustible factors. Humans have misused natural forces to create unnatural
elements, which are now a major contributing factor to the timing of the DRASTIC EARTH CHANGES
that are about to occur. The earth, and the system it is part of, is in the process of rebalancing itself
with a pole shift and a series of gravitational/energetic changes. Some people will say that God is
punishing the people on earth for their sins, but nothing could be further from the truth. The current
and coming earth changes are critical to our survival.

I will try to explain the formula further: At this stage of our human understanding this formula serves
more as an explanatory tool of the workings of our solar system, compared to a scientific equation for
taking measurements.

C is the magnetic light, in this instance, without considering time and space. - 2 is the number of
planets Earth is away from the center of our Solar System, identified as Z or Jupiter. +14z is Jupiter at
14, the 14 being the magnetic light arc as it travels from the center, Jupiter, to the Earth at a 14
angular. The Z represents the units of magnetic energy coming from Jupiter to earth.

When the left side of the equation is calculated, it equals 710 units of combustible factors; these
factors are multiplied with Y. All of the combinations of combustible factors result in the production of
409 elements that structure the Universe. Y is the combustible factor of the elements. Y represents
every energy polarity or signature necessary for the manifestation and redistribution of any molecular
combination. Y helps organize the 710 combustible factors into the 409 elements that make up the
physical world. Everything that exists within our planetary system has a specific energy vibration that
keeps every group of molecules together or allows them to separate these energy vibrations are
represented as Y. All elements have a specific energy combination that can be formulated or broken
down. All elements are combustible with the right energy field or polarity. The magnetic lock that holds
all molecules together can be opened or closed with the proper energy field, and this process does
not require heat as we are used to thinking. Of course all elements can be burned with high enough
heat, but that is not the kind of combustion Im talking about. The combustible factors can transmute
elements into the preordained patterns that are imprinted on their molecular templates or break down
the molecular structures into a more neutral polarity. The process is continuous and the number of
energy polarities represented by Y adjusts as necessary.

Humans have used destructive technology to force certain molecules to separate and join in a
manner that does not naturally occur. This violation of natural law produces drastic consequences
that the system must rectify. The 710 combustible factors are variations of magnetic energy and are
concentrated in our atmosphere. These combustible factors are combinations of earth, air, sound,
speed and light and they provide the polarities to form the 409 elements of the physical world. We are
not experiencing many elements available to us at this time. Living energy systems on earth must
exist within these combustible factors to operate at full potential. If a living energy system attempts to
exist or operate outside of the ionosphere, it will not maintain normal functioning. For example, if
humans leave our atmosphere and do not have the appropriate energy field on their spacecraft, their
bodies will not function properly. Gravity, or compressed magnetism, is the overseeing force that
allows the combustible factors and elements to exist. The letter C commonly denotes the speed of
light in scientific equations. The element light mentioned as one of the factors of Y is not the light
identified as "C" at the start of this molecular structure equation. This is important to note. This
formula explains how pulsed light particles emitting from the center of the Universe travel to our solar
system at variable 'speeds' outside of time and space. This formula is primarily concerned with how
the high speed pulsed light energy, represented as C, and is transmuted into magnetic energy which
then creates a speed change that is considerably slower. This formed magnetic energy is captured by
our Solar System and is then transmuted into an energy that supplies and sustains our Sun. The light
pulses then leave our Sun (and other stars) at about 4 times the speed of light waves (light waves are
about 186,000 miles a second). The pulses elongate into waves when they come into contact with
something. This formula is primarily for our Solar System. Contrary to popular opinion, Jupiter, not the
Sun, should be seen as the center of our Solar System when trying to understand the energy
dynamics of the system. To understand the full impact of the formula, it is necessary to look at the
solar system with Jupiter as the center. Again, a nearly infinite number of combinations of the 710
units of combustible factors produce a nearly infinite number of combinations of the 409 elements
(which are a combination of earth, air, sound, speed, and light). The left side of the equation is
designed to equal the right side: near infinity = near infinity.

This formula is in keeping with the fact that, "All energy was and is created ongoing from the
SOURCE of all." Note that the primary energy force in the Universal system is the vortex.

The presently held LAW of entropy is completely false. All magnetic molecular structures are in a
constant state of change forming and re-forming with the action always resulting in 100% efficiency.
All universal systems proceed to take their prescribed course of action with pre-ordained precision
from the Creator

Force, utilizing a process of time during the forming and reforming of structures until given evolution
results. Yes, scientists have observed randomness in the cosmos, and they believe the events they
observe have no order; however, the randomness is not random. The Universe functions perfectly in
a pattern as needed while repeating in a random sequence. As the scientific community makes
advances in the field of magnetic pulse detection, people will be able to monitor exactly how many
units of combustible factors arrive here from Jupiter at any given moment, thereby maintaining the
Earth's energy needs. People will observe that the energy from Jupiter is then used by the Earth as
needed, and the Earth simultaneously imparts energy to our Sun where it helps to sustain the Sun's
energy that is again returned to Earth. The Earth is the vacuum of our planetary system, the final
point where energy is recycled back into the Universal system. The pollution produced on Earth
affects not only our planet, but other planetary systems as well. Contaminated magnetic energy
travels from our planet instantaneously to other systems forcing other beings to cope with our
pollution. We are truly connected to a much larger community than we like to think. We must stop
seeing our Earth as an independent, isolated and non-contributing part of this Universe. We must
begin to understand that we can no longer move against nature but we must now utilize what is being
offered for the benefit of the world. We have long overlooked, through greed, the use of FREE
magnetic energy, and the time to expand our minds is now at hand because our planet is soon to find
itself extinct if we dont.

These are all previous Electromagnetic Radiation Receivers, starting in 1988. The first one was two
small rods on a small piece of plywood that utilized the abundant energy that is all around us. In 1995
I changed to the Flux Plate technology because the rods were too difficult and expensive to build.
This is my latest ERR prototype; it is only a proof of concept. I built it for testing and to proof the
technology works.

When I was a young man I read all of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's books. I enjoyed Sherlock Holmes
because of his deductive reasoning. "When we remove all the possibilities, we are left with the Truth"
As I grew older I found out that removing all the possibilities is not always that easy. Even though I
use the laws of physics as my guide to remove these possibilities I still keep an open mind. As
mankind learns more about our universe and evolves to a higher intellectual level, our laws of physics
will eventually change so we must always remain aware of that possibility.

We are all prisoners of the subjective and our inner-most desires to seek the unknown. Our freedom
to calculate the "what ifs" is what stimulates our imagination. The fact that we may have come from
where we are going is a very strong possibility since energy cannot be created nor destroyed. There
is no end, only change.

We must have a special awareness of that which exists in order to really understand how very little
we know about it and how it came to be. When we are finally able to acknowledge and use our
innermost abilities, then and only then will we truly see whats there. Our experiences are what makes
us what we are and our guideline to where we are going and how to get there.

As I gaze into the vast universe I can neither see, nor imagine an end. I can only imagine an outer
and inner space with no end that is two parts of the whole and that one cannot exist without the other.

I search for that which I hope and pray to find, a clean and peaceful earth.

And if I am able to find that which I seek in my lifetime, then I will be peaceful as well.
