I have been teaching elementary school for 17 years and have a wide array of experiences in the classroom and with student teachers. I first met Jessica in August of 2016. Currently, Jessica is my student teacher aid in 1° grade so I have had a great deal of contact with her and have personally witnessed her in the classroom setting numerous times. Every experience I have had with Jessica has been an extremely positive one and I feel she is a perfect candidate for a teaching position. Jessica exudes and exemplifies the qualities of an educator that all employers would want from their staff members. She is extremely punctual, organized and professional.
