MARCH 2, 2017: 1300 BRENTWOOD ROAD, NE

On Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 9:28


PM, members of the Metropolitan
Police Department responded to the
1300 block of Brentwood Road, NE, for
the report of a shooting. Upon arrival,
members located five victims suffering
from multiple gunshot wounds. The
victims were transported to area
hospitals for treatment of non-life
threatening injuries.

The Metropolitan Police Department


seeks the publics assistance in
gathering information regarding this
incident.
HOMICIDE (JANUARY 24, 2017) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

On Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at


approximately 2:40 pm, Mr. Willie
Antonio Starkey was shot and killed in
the 1600 block of Benning Road, NE.

MPD current offers a reward of up to


$25,000 to anyone providing info
leading to the arrest and conviction of
anyone responsible for a homicide. If

HOMICIDE (FEBRUARY 27, 2017) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

On Monday, February 27, 2017 at


approximately 11:06 pm, Mr.
James Mace III was shot and killed
in the Unit block of Hanover Place,
NW.

MPD current offers a reward of


up to $25,000 to anyone
providing info leading to the
arrest and conviction of anyone
responsible for a homicide. If you

MPD OFFICER-INVOLVED SHOOTING FEBRUARY 23, 2017

An officer-involved shooting occurred in the 1200 block of Holbrook Street, Northeast,


on Thursday, February 23, 2017.

At approximately 10:42 pm, MPD officers were in the area for a previous shooting when
they attempted to stop a subject. The subject attempted to flee and ignored multiple
commands from the officers to stop. A struggle ensued and there was an exchange of
gun fire. DC Fire and EMS transported the suspect to an area hospital, where he
succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The suspect has been identified
as 47-year-old Timothy Lionel Williams, of no fixed address.

Two MPD officers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to a local
hospital in stable condition.

A gun was recovered on the scene. No other individuals were injured during this
incident. The officers involved were placed on administrative leave, pursuant to MPD
policy.

This case remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to
