Leader of Learning X
Leader of Service X
Leader of Change X

Summary
A. What leadership experiences were especially successful for the student this semester?
Ashley has continued with her leadership roles as a supporting member of our building PBIS team. I would say that hands
down the most significant move Ashley has made has been her transition to our PBDA coordinator. This has allowed
Ashley a safe place to continue to ramp up her instructional and organizational leadership skills. Ashley is the leader and
direct supervisor of four teachers and a counselor as well as a large amount of technology and financial resources. Ashley
truly has stepped up her leadership roles and responsibilities in a major way this school year and I am excited to see how
she grows through the work in this role.

B. What leadership experiences failed to meet expectations for the student this semester?
None Ashley has made considerable gains and continues to grow each day in her new role

C. What has been the main focus or topic of reflections and conversations with the student this semester?
The main focus has been on different opportunities and areas that Ashley might be able to expand her understanding of
different building leadership roles. At this point in the program we have worked to identify areas that Ashley is already
strong and areas that she would benefit from more experiences- we then focus on opportunities to expose Ashley to new
and challenging experiences in leadership.

D. How many summaries & reflections has the student logged on the Student Management System this semester? 50

E. How many hours of field-based internship did your student complete this semester?
