Quarter 3&4 Report Year 2016

Our company named ChaPetch Corporation, our company started on 31 October

2016. In the first two-quarter, our company has 9 company in total, but now our company
has 13 subdivisions in total from the start of quarter 1 to quarter 4.
At the start of the third quarter, our company had built extra 2 subdivisions which were
factory and restaurant. First, our company had built a new factory which produced juice
and was named Juice ChaPetch Production. Juice ChaPetch Production is located at
Yamoussoukro in Ivory Coast. Then the last subdivision that our company built in the third
quarter was a restaurant, our restaurant was named Pancake Caf House because our
restaurant sells pancake and our restaurant also located at Yamoussoukro in Ivory Coast.
But at the end of quarter 3, we had decided to sell an enterprise which was Dairy Food
Farm. We decided to sell Dairy Food Farm because the factory doesn't make lots of profit
and the prime cost of the products was too high, so this factory was sold this for
285,000.64 dollars.
Then in quarter 4, we had built 3 extra subdivisions which were new service section,
store and factory. First, our new service section was a fitness center, it was located at
Yamoussoukro in Ivory Coast. Then our company had built a new store named Bouake
Store Center, the store sell Foods and Grocery stuff and the store located at Bouake in
Ivory Coast. And the last subdivision that our company built before the end of quarter 4
was clothing factory named ChaPetch Clothing Factory which located at Segou in Mali
and the factory produces baseball cap.

on quarter 3, we made 25,843,165 dollars at asset and cash at 22,913,137 dollars. And
lastly quarter 4, our company made an asset at 25,789,700 dollars and 21,241,042 dollars
at company cash. On each point, we saw that the amount of cash and assets were
growing higher and higher but on quarter 4 the graph falls down a bit, and we saw that on
every point of asset and cash, they were getting huge difference on every point.

This is a graph that describes an income statement of our company from quarter 1 to
quarter 4. We saw that on each point there arent the same, some point has more revenue
but some point has more expenses. On the first quarter, we made a revenue at 45,939
dollars and expenses at 138,987, at this point, we made a lot of deficit for our company
because our company had built lots of subdivisions. On the second quarter, we made a
profit with revenue at 95,533 dollars and expenses at 68,096 dollars. Next the third
quarter, we made a profit again with 371,824 dollars of revenue, and 100,975 dollars of
expenses. And the last point, quarter four, we also made a loss of 48,676 dollars with
revenue at 108,676 dollars and 156,036 dollars of expenses. On the last quarter, our

company made a loss because we had built a new factory on the last quarter endpoint,
so a new factory costs lots of money than others factory because of our new factory, we
have purchased a technology level 2 for our new factory. That why our factory cost money
a lot and made a lot of loss for our company in the fourth quarter.

A graph above shows all subdivision revenue that our company had established in the
first quarter to quarter 4. First, the fourth and fifth subdivisions started to make revenue
at quarter two because these 3 subdivisions were established at the start of quarter two.
So Laundry ChaPetch made revenue of 3,500 dollars in the second quarter, then made
5,490 dollars of revenue in the third quarter and made 6,200 dollars of revenue in the last
quarter. Next ChaPetch Hairdressing Salon made 3,900 dollars of revenue in the second
quarter, then in the third quarter, our salon made a revenue of 6,120 dollars and the last
quarter, our salon made 7,400 dollars of revenue. Then the seventh and eighth
subdivisions were established in the third quarter. So the seventh subdivision Juice
ChaPetch Corporation had made a revenue of 6,720 dollars in the third quarter and
17,292 dollars of revenue in the fourth quarter. Next subdivision, our Pancake Caf House
dont make any revenue at all in the third quarter but on the last quarter, our caf had

made a revenue of 1,600 dollars. The ninth and tenth subdivisions were founded at the
start of quarter 4. The ninth subdivision is Fitness Center, our Fitness Center made a
revenue of 3,000 dollars in the fourth quarter. Next the tenth quarter, Bouake Store Center
made a revenue of 31,483 dollars and the last subdivision is Clothing Factory. Our
Clothing Factory doesn't make any revenue at all in the fourth quarter because the factory
just built at the end of the fourth quarter, so the factory doesn't produce any products yet
that why we dont make any revenue at all.

On the graph above is a mind map that we planned to make our company future growth
and profits. In the first and second quarter report, we have planned to expand our
company to USA or more in Europe but now weve to change our decision to expand our
company to Asia and more in Europe. We change the plan to Asia because our company
wants to expand it to Asia, and see how well we are in Asia if we successful then we can
also be successful in the US too. Then our second future plan is the same plan as the
last quarter report which is a medical center, but now we have planned a final decision of
our future health center to be found in Ivory Coast. Next, our last plan is to build a new
factory in Mali which will be producing Car or Computer Accessories, we cant make our
final decision yet what will a new future factory produce because we need to see how
much and how many raw materials and equipment are needed. But we are sure that our
new accessories factory will make lots of profits and be successful.

Juice ChaPetch Production was the second factory of our company, our Juice
ChaPetch Production produce and sell juice. The factory was founded on 13 October 53
at Yamoussoukro in Ivory Coast, the factory size can fit 100 workers, and the factory
technology level was in level 2. We had hired 10 workers and brought 10 equipment for
our factory, we have set salary price per worker at 63.40 dollars per week, and the factory
have 10 workers in total that mean that we have to pay them 634.00 dollars per week of
all workers salary of Juice ChaPetch Factory.

On the fourth quarter

profit of 1,001 dollars, but it was lower than the last quarter. We had made a revenue of
6,360 dollars, expenses of 5,248 dollars and tax of 111 dollars.
Finally, the fourth quarter endpoint, we had finally made a huge profit of 11,752 dollars.
In this quarter, we made 17,292 dollars of revenue, expenses at 5,244 dollars and tax of
296 dollars.

In the third quarter midpoint, we had collected a number data of units sold number on
each point from the start of quarter 3 to the end of quarter 4. In the third quarter midpoint,
our juice factory has sold 561 units of juice. Then in the third quarter endpoint, the result
increased to 681 units of juice sold. After that on our fourth quarter midpoint, our juice
factory sold 710 units of juice. Finally quarter four endpoint, our juice factory had sold 840
units of juice.

Laundry ChaPetch was the first service sector of our company that was founded at the
start of quarter 2, our Laundry ChaPetch is a laundry store that was founded on 25 August
53 at the outskirts area of Toulouse in Southern France, the area of laundry is 100 square
meters, and the rent expenses of this laundry is 1,231.38 dollars per week. We had hired
2 employees for this laundry to service all the customers that come to Laundry ChaPetch,
we have set salary price per employee at 380 dollars per week, and we have 2 employees
that mean that we have to pay them 760 dollars per week for all employees of Laundry
ChaPetch.

On the graph above show the profit of Laundry ChaPetch from quarter 2 to quarter 4.
In quarter 2, our laundry made revenue of 3,500 dollars, expenses of 7,271 with no taxes,
altogether calculated made loss 3,771 dollars.
On the third quarter, our laundry made a profit of 202 dollars with revenue of 5,490
dollars, expenses of 5,247 dollars with a tax of 41 dollars.
And in the fourth quarter, we also made a profit of 1,036 dollars, and it was better than
the last quarter. We had made revenue of 6,200 dollars, expenses of 5,164 dollars with
no taxes.

ChaPetch Hairdressing Salon was the second service sector of our company that was
founded at the start of quarter 2, our ChaPetch Hairdressing Salon is a beauty salon that
was founded on 25 August 53 at the residential area of Toulouse in Southern France, the
area of the salon is 100 square meters, and the rent expenses of this salon is 1,865.73
dollars per week. We had hired 5 employees for the salon to service all the customers
that come to the salon, we have set salary price per employee at 375 dollars per week,

From the second quarter to the fourth quarter, we had collected a data of ChaPetch
Hairdressing Salon popularity and the result of the second quarter was 5.59 percent of
popularity. Then in the third quarter, the result increased to 9.70 percent of popularity.
Finally, quarter four, the result also increased to 10.85 percent of popularity. On the
popularity graph, we saw that on every point from the start of quarter 2 to the end of
quarter 4, the popularity of ChaPetch Hairdressing Salon increase higher and higher in
every quarter.
