Dairy Business has also proved to be very profitable in Pakistan. You can keep cows and
provide people with Milk. There is huge demand in Pakistan for milk, and other animal
products that is done the organic way. A proper set up of the dairy business will attract hotels,
restaurants and homes. And since Pakistan is now the third largest producer of milk in the
world the growth in this market could be good and the income will be good.
Creation and Length of Opportunity:
Milk suppliers have never experienced a loss due to the high demand of pure milk in the
country. Competition wise, there are only two local milk brands recognized and trusted.
There is room for you to brand your milk and achieve recognition
Risk and return of opportunity:
Risk involved in every business but in dairy business risk is greater in many aspects we look
after the every activity that related with the production because if we compromise in quality
people not like the brand so we do many effort to create goodwill in customer min because
people of Pakistan are very conscious regarding purity of food. If we fulfil the requirement of
people our return is greater than expectation.
Opportunity versus Personal Skills and goals:
Purity is our opportunity but how this can relate with my personal skills because I am belong
to a business family we are doing business that satisfy the customer demand. I have
experienced these kind of business because we have own farm for milk that filling our family
milk requirements from previous 15 year. So if I start this business I faced few challenges due
to some experience and skills because my family also doing cattle business in seasonal basis.
And my goals to build a well-known milk brand that would be symbol of purity. And my rand
goal is to serve the community for purification. Because purified is our priority.
Competitive Enviorment:
We face a lot of competition in market because many local and international competitors in
market Like Haleeb and Tarang.
Financer
All finance comes from my family. My budget for this project is approximately 20 Million
Rupees. And how this allocate that depend on how many markets I served so this can be vary
when I am started work on this project.
