b. Inactive Resident Members are those who
have written a formal letter expressing his/

Reason for amendment:
Kadalasan kasi, nahihirapan yung mga
graduate students na nagreaff na ifulfill duties
nila as active resident members, kaya
masmabuti nalang na yung mga undergrads
lang ang pwedeng magreaff. Though pwede

b. Resident members of the organization who
have not met the minimum requirements of
attendance and committee performance

approved by the Executive Council at the
beginning of each semester.
Reason for amendment:
Inextend yung meaning ng probi mem to
The standards para
sa pagiging probi ng mga mems ay based on

Reason for amendment:
practicum, etc. So may option sila na di
magreaff for that year, pero gragraduate parin
sila as a member of UP VFC (na alumni na) at di
sila maproprobi.
