Introduction

This document provides an overview of the X3 information that is available within UPS Worldship with
typical X3 configuration/setup. The Sage ERP X3 Shipping System interface does not claim to support all
features provided within the software. UPS may change the version content and functionality without
notifying Sage. This document is provided as an overview and details, screen layouts, etc. may change
without notice. Details on the operation of UPS Worldship software are provided in the UPS
documentation.

Functional
The following provides an overview of how the connection to X3 works and the information that is
provided via the interface.
Select the Keyed Import application

Make sure Automatic Export During End Of Day is set to previously created export map. If it is
not shown, choose More and select it.

NOTE: If testing system, you may want to turn OFF Automatic Export During End Of Day and set
Automatic Export After Processing Shipment instead.

Process End of Day when all shipments have been processed.

After End of Day, run the X3-UPS Worldship interface to collect all information processed by UPS and
update the appropriate information in X3 as described in the shipping system interface HTG document.
