PORTIONS OF EXISTING UTILITIES SUCH AS POWER LINES, WATER MAINS, TELEPHONE TRUNK LINES, ETC.
THAT MAY OBSTRUCT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT, SHALL BE RELOCATED BY THE ENTITY OR
OWNERS CONCERNED. EXTREME PRECAUTION SHALL BE EXERCISED BY THE CONTRACTOR NOT TO DAMAGE
ANY PORTION OF THE EXISTING PUBLIC UTILITIES DURING CONSTRUCTION. ANY DAMAGE THEREOF SHALL BE
ON THE ACCOUNT OF THE CONTRACTOR.
RELOCATION OF ANY GROUND UTILITY STRUCTURES SHALL BE SUCH THAT IT WILL NOT CAUSE OBSTRUCTION
