Contract 2.

Item 1: As legacy franchise members of the designated Tourist Family the following Individuals, Eleanor
Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin Oswinsson, and Patrick Colby, are offered the following specific
terms to lease the vessel Tourist while Hamza Dib, sole owner, is engaged in service to Pan Stellar
Corporation.

This clause says that the ship is offered to Eleanor Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin Oswinsson, and
Patrick Colby. The deal doesnt apply to anyone else.

Item 2: Property of Hamza Dibs currently located on the vessel Tourist for the duration of the leasing
period falls under the custodianship of Eleanor Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin Oswinsson, and
Patrick Colby. A complete manifest of all the items associated shall be provided by Hamza Dib.

This clause defines Hamzas property, which effectively becomes collective property for the duration of
the lease.

Item 3: Should any damage or loss occur to either the vessel Tourist or the property of Hamza Dib
listed in his manifest by the end of the leasing period; Eleanor Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin
Oswinsson, and Patrick Colby shall bear full liability for the repair or replacement of the ship and/or
Hamza Dibs property as determined by Hamza Dib. If an item is irreplaceable, then fair compensation
shall be negotiated by a certified and neutral vendor nominated by Pan Stellar Corporation.

This clause covers Eleanor Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin Oswinsson, and Patrick Colbys liability
for the ship and the equipment stored aboard that belongs to Hamza. Basically, if you break it or lose it,
then you bought it.

Item 4: Eleanor Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin Oswinsson, and Patrick Colby may not replace or
alter any words that have been carved, airbrushed, stenciled, or otherwise marked on Hamza Dibs
property or vessel during their custodianship. Hamza Dib considers these titles to be his sole intellectual
property and vital to his personal brand identity. A fine of one thousand credits per infraction will be
levied per item found defaced. The presence of potential adulterations will be verified during final
inspection by a certified and neutral ship appraiser nominated by Pan Stellar, if required by Hamza Dib.

This clause covers Hamzas stupid obsession with naming things and outlines a few petty consequences
should the crew do something pointlessly vindictive.

Item 5: All permanent modifications to the vessel Tourist must be approved by Hamza Dib prior to their
installation. This precludes modifications made due to emergency situations as determined by Captain
Carter or any future captain.

This clause covers modifications made to the ship. Basically, you have to call him first unless its an
official emergency.

Item 6: Hamza Dib shall be paid a 20% share of any profit realized from any and all legal contracts
completed by Eleanor Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin Oswinsson, and Patrick Colby for the
duration of the leasing period. This includes the sale of salvage, mercenary work, passenger contracts,
Exchange board contracts, and shipping contracts. Conflicts in contract legally due to the nature of the
business are to be determined by a certified and neutral legal scholar nominated by Pan Stellar should
conflict arise as determined by Hamza Dib.
This clause basically says that if you make money using the Tourist, then you have to kick 20% of it up to
Hamza Dib. Also, if you do sketchy handshake deals and he finds out, then he can try and sue you for his
cut.

Item 7: Hamza Dib shall have the opportunity of first bid on any pretech artifacts discovered by of
Eleanor Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin Oswinsson, or Patrick Colby prior to them being offered for
sale on the open market for the duration of the lease. This means that if a pretech artifact is discovered
and offered for sale by any of the aforementioned people, then Hamza Dib must be considered first as
potential buyer before other buyers are contacted. Hamza Dib is required to offer a fair price for the
item, as determined by a certified and neutral pretech appraiser nominated by Pan Stellar. Hamza Dib is
also required to pay any and all fees associated with appraisal and should he then decided to purchase
an item he will not gain his 20% percent of that sale as per Item 6. Item 6 does not include pretech
artifacts recovered as per specific contractual agreements. Those items go to their respective business
partners as per the contract.

This clause covers Hamza Dibs right to first bid on pretech artifacts discovered by the crew. In short, if
you want to sell a pretech item, then you have to offer it to Hamza first. If he decides it he wants it, then
he is required to pay a qualified appraiser to value the artifact. If he still wants it after finding out the
price, then he will then pay that price. Should he purchase an item, then the crew is not required to kick
back the customary 20% of the final value. Note, that this does not prevent hoarding. You may
absolutely hoard pretech artifacts and sell them all the day after the lease is complete. You also dont
have to offer him items that are picked up as per the terms of a contract to recover them.

Item 8: Hamza Dib retains the right to appoint the captain of the vessel Tourist while the ship is under
lease.

Hamza gets to name the captain and must approve changes in command.

Item 9: Hamza Dib retains the right to appoint the first officer of the vessel Tourist while the ship is
under lease.

Hamza gets to name the first officer and must approve changes in command.

Item 10: Hamza Dib agrees to pay 10% of the total cost of any repairs sustained due to battle damage
limited to the vessel Tourist, ground vehicle Brigand, mechanical walker Alnnams, and robotic
combat unit Alqat. Certification of damage sustained as battle damage will be determined by a
certified and neutral mechanic nominated by Pan Stellar, if required by Hamza Dib.

For the above items, Hamza agrees to pay 10% of the associated costs of a repair. The damage
sustained must be battle damage for this condition to apply.

Item 11: Hamza Dib agrees to pay for the ships annual maintenance overhaul by Ultrastellar should his
tenure with Pan Stellar Corporation require that it be performed in his absence.

Hamza will pay for the ships annual maintenance overhaul. All the crew has to do is get the ship to the
UHI factory.

Item 12: Given Hamza Dibs complicated relationship with the current government of Pskov should the
vessel Tourist be attacked by either Pskovian forces or groups clearly indicating that they are in their
employ, then Hamza Dib shall be held solely liable for any damage to the vessel or his property
contained therein.

If Pskov or their allies clearly violate their agreement with Hamza, and attack the ship, then Hamza is
liable for the damages being they the ship or his equipment contained within.

Item 13: Eleanor Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin Oswinsson, and Patrick Colby may not
purposefully attempt to antagonize Pskovian forces or individuals acting in their employ. Determination
of bad faith will be determined by a neutral arbitrator selected by Pan Stellar, if such a situation arises
and it results in damage to the vessel Tourist or the property of Hamza Dib.

Basically, dont try to commit some petty act of vengeance against Hamza by flying his vessel slowly past
Pskovs breaker guns with a big picture of his face on the side of the ship along with some accurate
comments about Slavic mens typical sexual appetites. You dont have to get along with them. You just
cant piss them off intentionally, or its your ass.

Item 14: Upon completion of Hamza Dibs service to Pan Stellar the vessel Tourist must be returned to
Hamza Dib on Guyvis. A fine of fifteen thousand credits per week will be levied if the ship is not
returned with appropriate haste upon the completion of Hamza Dibs service. Hamza Dib may void this
provision as he sees fit.

Have the ship back in three months, if you are in exchange space. Youll have longer if you arent in
exchange space.

Item 15: Should Eleanor Carter, Thuren elwulfsson, Oswin Oswinsson, and Patrick Colby accept this
contract the following bonuses will be distributed upon the completion of Hamza Dibs service to Pan
Stellar Corporation; provided he receives his 1,000,000 credit signing bonus.

Eleanor Carter 200,000 credits

Thuren elwulfsson 75,000 credits

Oswin Oswinsson 50,000 credits

Patrick Colby 25,000 credits

You get your money at the end when you give the ship back.

Item 16: Hamza reserves the right to end the contract at any time.

Hamza effectively owns you.
