INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses WARREN AMARGA, JOEL JONSON, ANGEL MAE RADA, JOAN
ESCALANTE AND JOHN DOE of the crime of ROBBERY WITH HOMICIDE AGGRAVATED by
RAPE, committed as follows, to wit:
 That on March 10, 2017, at about 10 p.m., in the City of Cagayan de Oro,
Province of Misamis Oriental and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
the said accused Warren Amarga, Joel Johnson, Angel Mae Rada, Joan
Escalante and John Doe conspiring together and mutually helping one another,
with intent to gain and by means of force, violence and intimidation upon the
person of Cherrymae Dayo did then and there, willfully, unlawfully, feloniously,
take, rob and carry the following articles to wit:

One (1) mobile phone ----------- P 3,500.00

One (1) laptop -------------------- 18,000.00
One () sack of rice --------------- 1,500.00
Clothes valued at ---------------- 2,000.00
Cash money amounting to ----- 500.00_
Total ------------------------------- P25,500.00

belonging to said Cherrymae Dayo, to the damage and prejudice of the latter in
the total amount of P25,500;

That on the occasion of the said Robbery with Homicide aggravated by Rape,
Warren Amarga, one of the arrested suspects, stabbed Cherrymae Dayo and
while she was alive and helpless, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously have carnal knowledge with her. That after said act, the suspect
prompted by deliberate intent to kill repeatedly stabbed the latter again which
eventually caused her untimely death.
