professional technocrats. We are taking project on the basis of Cost+ and
Design & build concept. More than 20 years of professional experience in
Service industry, with industry leaders like M/s Voltas Ltd. & M/s Sterling and
Wilson Ltd.

Hot / Cold Insulation , Soundproofing & Acoustic treatment
Ducting (GI, MS, SS) ,Piping Works (Utility, Process, Fire Hydrant, Clean Piping.. Etc)

1. Discussion with customer for feasibility study, conceptual planning ,HVAC i.e. Area to be
Air-conditioned, Temp. & Humidity requirement, Class of cleanliness, Automation level
etc.
2. Discussion with Architects / end users to determine various facilities to be provided for
HVAC system and collect Final Architectural drawings.
3. Preparation of preliminary designs report , Budgetary offer, along with Heat load
estimates and alternatives if any for discussion with Employer / Architects and getting
approved.
4. Preparation of Tender Documents and Drawings and getting approval for the same from
customer and Architects.
5. Invitations of Tender from selected company in consultation with Employer and architects.
6. Evaluation of Tender bid for both i.e. commercially and technically
7. Assist employer for selecting the supplier/ contractors. Preparation of Draft of Order &
contract agreement.
8. Approval of detailed design and working drawing for execution in consultation with
Architects.
9. Site supervision to assist employer's staff as regard interpretation and clarification of
drawings and specifications.
10. Certification of Contractor's measurement & bills for payment.
11. Testing & commissioning supervision of system. Assistance in preparation of as built
drawings ,Operation / Maintenance Manuals & Log Books
12. Value Engineering, Up gradation of the existing Systems
