at CSSD/GOC and having paid the full amount towards the cost of the materials
against the said lot hereby authorize nominate and appoint, N. ABBAS ,

receive all the things, goods and articles either joint or severally from the
controller of stores/chief materials manager, southern railway purchased by me

on date 20.02.2017 at CSSD/GOC and to pass receipt thereof on my behalf.
And I hereby agree that all acts, deeds and things done by the said
attorneys shall be construed as acts, deeds and things done by me and I
undertake to ratify and confirm all whatsoever that my said attorneys shall do or
caused to be done by virtue of the Powers hereby given.
