Please refer to our letter dated 7th March, 2017, intimating the date of Board Meeting in connection with allotment
of 27,00,000 Equity Shares upon conversion of 27,00,000 Equity Warrants.

In this connection, please note that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. 14th
March, 2017 has allotted 27,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each @ premium of Rs. 50/- per Equity Share to Non-
Promoters of the Company on Preferential basis upon conversion of 27,00,000 Equity Warrants of Rs.10/- each @
premium of Rs. 50/- per Equity Warrant.

within due course of time.
