Itwouldbebetterifyouattach,roughsketchoftankelevationforbetterunderstanding.
Anywaysifyouaregenerating3Dmodelofthetank,thenfortankemptycaseyoucancalculate
timeperiodbyapplyingunitpointloadinlateraldirectionattipofthetankandmeasuringrespective
deflectionatthatpoint.Theratioofpointloadtodeflectionwillgiveyourequiredtimeperiodinempty
state.
Whetherweneedtousedifferenttimeperiodincaseoftank(fullstage)IthinkSeniorSEFI
memberscangivebetterexplanation.
