    On March 9, 2017, the Governors Office (the Office) received your Colorado Open
    Records Act request seeking records that pertain to the policies, rules, contracts, procedures for
    filing a complaint and members of the Executive Ethics Committee.

    In compliance with C.R.S. 24-72-203(3)(b), the Office is responding to you within


    three working days of receiving your request. In accordance with C.R.S. 24-72-203(3)(b), the
    Office must extend the response period by up to seven working days. We will provide you with a
    further response to your request on or before Thursday March 23, 2017.
