(What Happened?)
They started their teachers meeting
in exact time 6:35 am.
I saw Bible verses in every wall
outside of the class
I observed in four classes, but
teacher they did not started at time.
I saw their rules and regulation in
classroom on the wall.

I think all teacher gives priority to time for devotion. They
started in time and finished in the fix time. I think they all are
very responsible in their works. They listened to others and
respected others thoughts and idea. And they were sharing their
prayers request and they were praying for each other.
I like the way how they remind Bible verse to students. If
students get sad or worried, then these verses encouraging to
them. I think not only for students, but to teachers also it
reminds that God is always with us and He always takes our
burdens. Some of students were not Christians, but they like to
study in Christian environment which God gave us to chance to
preach the gospel. In Steppingstone books also reminds us as a
Christian teacher we must remind Gods word to encourage.
I think teachers need to know they must start their classes on
time. Because if they start on time then students will know the
importance of time. Students can learn from the teachers
behaviors also not only from the books. But I will do differently
I will start on time and finished on time, so students can know
the importance of time and they can also know how to manage
their time in their daily lives.
Teacher wrote rules and regulations on the wall so teacher do
not need to tell every time. They can read by themselves. If they
against the rules, then teacher give warning. I think that was the
good way to teach manner to students. They also learn to respect
to the teachers because some of were from different cities and
far from home so they forget to give respect to their elders.
These kinds of rules always remind them their boundaries
between teachers and students. In every sector need effective
rules and regulation to teach good way.
