(What Happened?)
I took full session which was good
because I gave different activity to
different group where students
responded in meaningful way.
I saw my cooperating teacher when
students give answer she encouraged
them by saying good job or well
done.

Reflections & Critical Response

I think sometimes we need to do group discussion in class.
Because if we only teach then students will get bored so that
we must do creative work. Today I gave them some group work
I divided in into three groups and they all had different work to
do where I found students were so engaging with their task.
Before I thought teacher only need to do is teaching by
theoretically, but now I realize that not only theoretically, but
also, we need to think practically. So, students can engage with
lesson and we can know students ability. In future I, will do
this kind of activity for my students. They can build up their
knowledge in group and where they feel comfortable with
other.
I think this is the good way to encourage students because if
they answer and teacher do no respond then they feel
discourage. From the next time, they do not want to answer it.
If teacher encourage them, they will try even though it is not
correct. So, in practicum time and in future I will encourage
them by saying good job or thank you because these words
motivate them to do something in next time. Sometime I forget
to encourage students, but now days I am learning how to
respond well and encourage students when students give
answer and ask questions.
I saw this verse on the wall in classroom and I was thinking
when I teach student will respect me or not. But when I started
to teach students were listening me. When I questioned, they
answered me if they do not understand then they said I do not
know. I thought that they all are young so they do not listen,
but they do follow all the rules of the class and respect their
new teacher. As a teacher, I will also put this kind of thoughts
in my classroom, where it develops students minds. They
respect not only for their teachers, but also their friends.
