Answering Phone Calls:

Please always answer the phone with a SMILE and Saliba Centers HIPPY
program, this is _______ how can I help you?
The phone call will go through the front desk and will be transferred to the
appropriate person. If the front desk has not picked up after 2 rings it will be
released to ring in all the other offices. If still no one answers the call will be
forwarded to our auto attendant where they can leave a message.
