The Truth of Happiness Project Reflection and DP Update

Reflection:
This project has been a journey of discovery. Starting with the
book Brave New World, and then diving into current and
conflicting videos, TED Talks and articles, we each have tried to
better understand our truth of happiness. Concluding the
project we played with our truth, doing happiness experiments,
and ultimately trying to synthesize this understanding through
videos.

In your reflections I want you to think back through the entirety of

this journey, reflecting on what you have learned and how this
process has shaped your understanding of the truth of
happiness.

Reflection Questions:
Answer the following questions in TEA paragraph form, providing evidence for
each answer. If you decide to video your responses, make sure all of the TEA
are in your answers. Evidence or examples for each are required. Include the
prompts below in your refl ections.

1. What have you discovered your truth of happiness is?

2. What was the greatest challenge you faced in this project and how did you work through
it?
3. How have you grown as a group worker in this project? If you did this individually, why did
you chose to and how did this choice impact your project?
4. If you could refine any part of this project, thinking back through the entire project, Brave
New World through experiments to videos, what would you refine, and how would you
refine it?

DP Update:
You need to include the following on your DP, in the order you see it here. Make sure to give
each a title: example Project description, video, annotated bibliography, happiness
experiment, and project reflection.

2. Project Description Remember this project begin at the start of the semester. Give a
comprehensive overview: What we learned, why we learned it, and how ideas built upon
each other.
