Pear Tarte Tatin with Marrons Glacs


Servers 4

Ingredients Method
50g Sugar Caramelise the sugar in a pan and pour into the
4 Tartlet moulds ( approx. 10 cm) moulds. Break up the marrons glacs and distribute
4Tbsp Marrons Glacs* evenly between the moulds.
2 Pears
Peel and core the pears, cut in half and thinly slice.
0,5 Packet of puff pastry, rectangular
Place one sliced pear half face down in each mould
A little Icing sugar
with the slices arranged at a slight angle. Cover the
moulds with the puff pastry and cut off the excess
pastry.
Bake in oven at 180C for approximately 20
minutes. Turn the tarte tatins upside down to
serve and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Serving suggestion
Serve the tarte Tatins with a scoop of vanilla ice
cream.
