This is a game which gives first-hand experience of doing business through virtual
world.

To start with, participants shall be asked to develop a building by purchasing

resources required to develop that building. The main objective shall be to
maximize the bank balance (i.e. the overall cash profit) subject to predefined
constraints. There are investors cum Venture Capitalist who shall fund these
developers and trade in their shares in Equity Market. Developers need to sell their
flats to Buyers who may be other Developer or a Faculty.

Team of 3 participants (maximum one team member shall be expected to do

Finance as specialization in Second Year) shall be asked to name their company and
they as a team have to develop a building. Individual person shall act as an Investor
and trade in shares of various developers to make profits in its transactions.

There are Developers where teams have to submit a plan, to the organizing
committee, containing the details of how many floors they wish to develop and what
quantity of material they shall use in its development. Developers can buy flats in
competitors project and sell the same, if they wish to, and make profits on the
same. The income from such transaction shall be treated as Income from Trading in
Flats.

The prices of materials shall fluctuate based on the international and domestic
environment. At predefined intervals the prices shall change. Various news shall be
flashed which shall affect the prices and result in ups and downs of the prices.

The teams can market their flats (whether developed or under construction) after
the development or WIP of the plinth. The method of advertisement is via pitching.

Investor can buy flats from the developer for Investment or trading purpose. Share
price of each developer shall be the issue price at which they invested in the
developers company when it is listed on exchange. Later price shall change based
on the demand and supply principle.

The team who sells the properties and shares the most wins the game.
