Conclusion

Based on the survey, Barangay Panadtalan is composed of 1184 households. According to the
data, majority of the population are of the ______ aging ___. This implies that the populations
have the tendency to ____. In educational attainment, most of the populations are of the high
school _____.

Majority of the families earns____. When illness occurs, much of the population went to
health center for health-seeking behavior. Another significant data is the immunization. Most of
the children aging 0-2 y/o have complete immunizations. This shows that there is no risk of
higher incidence of diseases in young children. Majority of the children aging 0-5 y/o is
receiving supplemental vitamin A. The gathered data also shows that most of the residents water
ownership is shared and their source of water is from the water district.

Though the residents get their water from the water district, there are only minimal cases
where in the people acquiring diseases from drinking water. This implies that there is enough
knowledge as to proper distance of toilet facility to the water source. With regards to garbage
disposal, most of the residents opted to segregate. This is a good news to the people for they have
disciplined themselves on proper waste disposal. Only 14% of the residents have no knowledge
of the 11 recommended herbal plants of the DOH. Therefore, information dissemination
regarding this program must continue in order for the people to know the said herbals.

The premises indication also shows that the typical water drainage systems among the resident
are of the open type or uncovered. This implies that the frequent cleaning of this type of
drainage system should be done to prevent illness. There is also a decrease risk of acquiring
vector-borne diseases as the data shows that there are minimal places where water can
accumulate and could be a breeding place for mosquitoes.
