POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

1 All the requirements must be accomplished within the 6 month-period of

Clinical Internship
2 Any requirements done during extension duties will not be credited.
3 Each intern must accomplish the requirements only in the section where
they are assigned.
4 Once all the requirements are accomplished interns are still required to
go on duty and work diligently until the 6 months clinical internship is
finished.
5 Any accomplishment without the staffs signature will not be credited.
6 Once this is lost, all the requirements accomplished will become invalid
and he/she must start from the very beginning.
7 These requirements consists the 35% of the interns total internship
grade.
8 Submit booklet immediately when clinical internship is finished.

REQUIRED QUOTA OF TESTS/ SECTION

Interns shall document all the tests done in their respective sections. Each
intern must have a record book to log in all the test procedures and the number of
tests performed daily.
