2. At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the

CORPORATION held on January 19, 2014, the following resolutions
were unanimously approved, a legal quorum being present and
voting:

RESOLUTION

RESOLVED, that as part of our expansion program, theres a need

to address the following as in lined with the purpose and purposes
mentioned in our Articles of Incorporation:

1. To offer basic education curriculum and programs;

2. To offer technical vocational educational training programs;

3. To conduct tutorials in English, Korean, and Chinese.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that addendum No. 1 and 2

will begin this coming June 2014, while No. 3 begins this February,
2014.

4. That the CORPORATION has a Board of Directors composed of

FIVE (5) members and the following are the current members of
the Board of Directors elected in the annual meeting of
stakeholders held on January 12, 2014:
