Prayer of Gratitude to God

Father, dear Father,

I am so grateful for everything that you have given

me.
Thank you so much for the loved ones in my life,
For the many ways in which I am cared for and
supported.
Thank you for the many ways I can serve and give
to others.
Thank you for the rich tapestry of colours in
creation,
For the beauty which is all around me,
For the skies and the ever changing cloud
formations,
For the breathtaking sunsets and early morning
mists.
My heart is so grateful and brimming with thanks.
I could write a thousand books about your great
goodness,
And still have many stories to tell.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I thank you with everything I am.
All my being cries thank you Lord!

PRAYER FOR VOCATION

Our great and loving God

We praise and glorify your Name

We pray dear God that you bless us with ministers for your Church.

We pray for those whom you call

to serve the Church as priests
Inspire in them a generous response.
Grant them courage and vision to
serve your people
May their lives and service call your
people to respond to the presence
of your Spirit among us
that, faithful to the Gospel and
hope of Jesus the Christ, we may:
announce glad tidings to the poor
proclaim liberty to captives,
set prisoners free
and renew the face of the earth
Prayer for my Grandparents
Dear Father in heaven, I thank you for grand papers, Tatang
Gorio and Nanang Emy. . I thank you for their lives Lord. I
pray very specially for them today. I pray that You will help
them cope with all the unexpected things that come into
their. Grant them ggod health always. Fill them with
yourself today. Help them to allow your Holy Spirit to have
full control of their lives and may they take strength from
you as they meditate on You and Your Word. In Jesus name
I pray, Amen.
Role of parents
The following paragraphs give an overview of the roles and responsibilities of parents, in the belief that
such an understanding will help place home-school policies in the right perspective.

(a
As partners of the school, parents should:
)

play an active role in the education of their children;

understand the needs of their children and play an active role in helping schools to interpret
responses from the public;

show an active interest in their children's schooling;

participate in activities and consultation related to the education of their children;

co-operate with the school and other parents in the interests of their children's education;

be supportive of agreed school policies;

be aware of their rights and responsibilities in relation to the education of their children and how
those rights and responsibilities are reflected in the policies and practices of the school; and

provide opinions and suggestions for school improvement.

As clients of the school, parents should be provided with comprehensive information related to:
)

the education provided to their children;

the operation of the school;

the child's performance at school and how this is assessed;

the performance of the school and how this is assessed; and

other matters related to the educational development of their children

(c)As decision-makers of the school, parents should:

 vote in or stand for the election of parent managers on the SMC; and

put forward views about what the school is doing and make suggestions on how it should
be run.
(d As home-educators, parents should provide basic care and guidance towards the good behaviour
) and general development of their children. They should keep school staff informed of their children's
progress and significant events that may affect their children's learning
