SUB: Non-acceptance of PLI Premium against Policy No. 164492 for


Rs.10350/- .

SIR, I am subscriber of PLI policy no. 164492 which was started in June
2013 at Jalandhar City in Punjab. I was depositing premium every month in
Golden Temple and Hindu College Post Office in Amritsar. The staff of
above Post Offices refused to deposit premium for the month of November
2015 on 1st Nov. and thereafter the plea was new system of PLI is
introduced hence no training is given to them. I waited sometimes and
visited Post Offices every day up to 12 Dec. 2015.

Finally I complained online to every level officers in Post


department but till date no information received to me , the premium is
delayed because of post office staff fault . I have Registered my complaint
in Complaint Register lying with Post Master , Hindu College Branch
Amritsar. The facts can be verified from them. This is unfortunate that
Govt. gives all benefits to working staff but they do not want to work.

It is worth mentioning that Customer Care Amritsar GPO did


nothing in this matter and only helped to worsened the problem. I have
also seen many other PLi customers going back from Post Office after they
were refused to deposit Premium. Even now the PLI premium for the
month of Nov. and Dec. 2015 could not be deposited by Post office staff
and I will be forced to pay fine without any fault on my part.

I therefore, request to see the whole matter and responsibility of


guilty staff may be fixed in order to avoid more inconvenience to PLI
Customers. I may be advised where should I deposit premium for Nov. and
Dec. 2015.
