ATE uses various materials in keeping with the

specifications of the vehicle manufacturers; cast
iron qualities like GG20 and GG15 HC and
GG 20 HG alloyed.
ATE adapts the brake disc to the particular vehicle
applications.
Depending on the model, the fastening screws are
included at no extra charge in the scope of delivery
of most brake discs which the vehicle manufacturer
has intended to be fixed to the wheel hub.

The thickness tolerance of the brake disc friction rings of maximum 10 m
(0.01 mm) as prerequisite for optimum parallelism ensures trouble-free
operation of the brake
Larger thickness tolerances cause torque fluctuations which lead to
instability and vibration
This in turn produces unpleasant resonance in the chassis, e.g., torsional
vibration of the steering wheel
