PRAYER OF THE FAITHFUL

Priest celebrant:
Having heard one again the aged-old story of Gods love for
us,
we pray that the same love may be known to our brothers and
sisters.
Our response is: Kyrie, eleison.
Lector 1:
For the Church of God,
that Christ be born in our hearts and lives
let us pray to the Lord: R. Kyrie, eleison.
For the entire body of Christ,
for hearts and minds renewed by mystery of Christmas,
let us pray to the Lord: R. Kyrie, eleison.
For the family of nations, for people of all races and beliefs,
for living signs of Gods generous, creative love,
let us pray to the Lord: R. Kyrie, eleison.

Por los que sufren hambre, enfermedad o soledad,
para que sean ayudados en su cuerpo y en su alma
por el misterio del nacimiento de Cristo,
roguemos al Seor: R. Kyrie, eleison.
Por nuestros familiares y amigos difuntos,
que celebraron otros aos con nosotros la Navidad del Seor,
para que, renacidos a la vida eterna,
la gloria del Seor los envuelva con su claridad,
roguemos al Seor: R. Kyrie, eleison.
Por nuestro pueblo, por los ausentes, por nuestras familias,
por nosotros, aqu reunidos,
para que, acogindonos con amor y paciencia,
vivamos la gran alegra de la Navidad,
