Substantial guidelines for Final Project Report Writing

Title It shall be addressed the concerns which have been researched in

corporation to the name of industry and in extension the location.
Example Study of financial performance of selected small firms of
Parma sector located at Mohall industrial area.

Headings Headings must be concise, with a clear indication of the distinction

between the hierarchy of headings. The preferred format is for first
level headings to be presented in bold format and subsequent sub-
headings to be presented in medium italics.

Notes/Endnotes Notes or Endnotes should be used only if absolutely necessary and

must be identified in the text by consecutive numbers, enclosed in
square brackets and listed at the end of the project).

Figures All Figures should be of high quality, legible and numbered

consecutively with arabic numerals. Graphics may be supplied in colour
to facilitate their appearance on the online database.Figures created in
MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Illustrator should be supplied in
their native formats.

Tables Tables should be typed. The position of each table should be clearly
labelled in the body text of project with corresponding labels being
clearly shown in the separate file.

Ensure that any superscripts or asterisks are shown next to the relevant
items and have corresponding explanations displayed as footnotes to the
table, figure or plate.

Abstract / Synopsis Shall be used to cover the following aspects

Introduction

It shall be regularly required to be written with concern of research title only

where discussion of the subject alone with the industry / sector shall be detailed
discussed and importantly the content shall be matched with the theme of title.
Just history of the industry or the theoretical meaning of the subject of research
title should be there.
Example what does financial performance means and how practically it can be
calculated, what significantly occurs to evaluated financial performance in the
research attempt. The scope and contribution of pharmacy sector to Indian and
particular at Baddi location.

Note The content shall either self written, means your own thoughts otherwise it
can be cited to some others but very clearly if you are exactly wordings than it can
be into and otherwise that can be converted into your wordings.
