Reporting Officers Summary of Offense/Incident:

Huckleberry Finn (W) reported about Boggs (V), an old man about 50 years
old, who was drunk went over the whole town threatening to kill everyone,
including Colonel Sherburn (S), the toughest person in town. After
Sherburn (S) got threatened , he came out of the house and also gave
Boggs (V) a warning. Sherburn (S) said he (S) wont be tolerating
Boggss (V) threat after 1:00PM, yet Boggs (V) was drunk and dismissed
Sherburns (S) warning and continued to threaten to kill him (V) outside of
the house. Citizens of the town tried to calm him (V) down, even his (V) own
daughter tried to convince him (V) to calm down, but that was still no use.
After 1:00PM, Sherburn (S) came out with a pistol gun and shot Boggs (V)
twice, and Boggs (V) was dead on the road with his (V) daughter sobbing
beside.
