Lab final is comprehensive. Please review the materials from last midterm.

Here
are some more sample questions for final lab exam.
1. Demonstrate some eccentric exercises for med/lat elbow tendinopathy. hip flexor,
hamstring, quadriceps, Glute Med/Max, and Achilles tendon.
2. Teach your patient some exercises for acute CTS.
3. Demonstrate some MRT for the hand, wrist and elbow. (ex; pronator terres,
supinator muscle)
4. Demonstrate progression exercises and proper usage for the wobble board, rocker
board, bosu, foam roller for balance and proprioceptive training of the lower
extremity.
5. Demonstrate plyometric exercises for shoulder, hip, knee and ankle.
6. Demonstrate progression hamstring exercises using body weight, flex band,
tubing, Bosu ball, Swiss ball, furniture slider, etc.,
7. Demonstrate progression quadriceps exercises using body weight, flex band,
Swiss ball, furniture sliders, etc.,
8. Teach your patient some rehab exercises after 2 weeks post-op of ACL
reconstruction. Why closed kinetic chain is so important in this stage? Why it is
important to obtain full terminal knee extension in the first two weeks post-op?
Demonstrate some exercises for the terminal knee extension.
9. Teach your patient three exercises/stretches for Achilles tendinophathy; Gastroc
vs Soleus muscles.
10. Demonstrate few specific exercises for intrinsic foot muscles.
11. Teach your patient some exercises for plantar fasciitis(osis)
12. Teach your patient some exercises for acute ankle sprain/strain.
13. Demonstrate MRT for the psoas and piriformis muscles.
14. Demonstrate the active and passive stretches for the psoas and piriformis muscles.
15. Demonstrate the dynamic stretches for the psoas muscle and calf (Achilles
tendon).
16. Demonstrate some exercises for strengthening the hip flexors ( Rectus femoris vs
illiospoas)
17. Teach your patient some self- MRT for the piriformis muscle using the soft
balls/tennis balls.
18. Demonstrate active and passive stretches for ITB and TFL.
19. Demonstrate some integration exercises for hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and
core.
20. Demonstrate some integration exercises for foot, ankle, knee, hip, and core.
21. Demonstrate some exercises to correct slouchy posture for upper body
imbalances, such as Bruggers exercises, cheerleader exercises, thoracic mobility
exercises,etc..
22. Demonstrate plyometric exercises for ankle, knee, and hip.
23. Demonstrate some exercises for strengthening abductor Hallucis/Bunion
condition.
24. Demonstrate some exercises to facilitate/increase ankle mobility, such as ankle
traction with bands, ankle mobility with band as showed in the class.
25. Demonstrate top exercises for muscle activation/recruitment (70% MVIC or
more) for both Glute Maximus and Glute Medius muscles.
