Areas for development:

Asma has a strong passion for teaching. She made a strong rapport with the
children from day one. She has been very positive and has shown a great attitude
each day. Asma can progress with continued hard work and passion. Planned
lessons and constructive criticism from each lesson will guide her. She can use
her own personal creativity to make the activities more interesting. She can work
on the lesson structure and introduce more ideas for the desired activities. She
can create resources at home using her imagination to use in the classroom.
Being innovative is what we want to see. She has a very calm nature with the
children and teaching comes naturally to her. Because of Asmas extremely gentle
and beautiful nature, her voice may be a little low. Projecting her voice with more
confidence would be an area to work on. Her voice should not be changed as it is
very calming and reassuring for kids in her care but maybe just heightened when
she is going from station to station. This all comes with experience and
confidence. Asma will develop with experience in every aspect required. The main
3 areas for development are confidence, planning for learning and using her own
initiative.
Focus for next lesson:

Focus for the next lesson is to become more confident when planning for
learning. Using her own initiative when planning and using a heightened
speaking voice to deliver outstanding lessons. Making sure the children are
actively learning is crucial in every lesson and I have already seen Asma
make sure all children in her care are learning. I have no doubt that with
continued hard work Asma will achieve all her goals. Teaching comes
naturally to her. It was a pleasure to work with her.
