ver the weekend of January 20-22, the second-annual Oregon Tempranillo Sundays public tasting event expanded the outreach of the Celebration to the public.

perating an Ashland fine-dining fixture for more than two decades, Rob Harvey
has good reason to stay the course.
A key component to our success in the service industry has been a strong
and consistent foundation of quality service, he says. Trends in food and wine
come and go, but a guest's desire to feel sincerely appreciated, never changes.
Although this philosophy ensures that food menus change infrequently, it doesnt
hold sway over wine selections at either Beasys on the Creek or Harveys newer,
namesake venture on Ashland Plaza. Both establishments have promoted Southern
Oregon wines as the region has risen in prominence.

Reflections on my fall 2016 internship in the Ribera de Duero region of Spain
I ts fall in the Ribera de Duero region of Spain, and Im here to work the crush at
