Urban Edge Development Announces Name Changes and Rebranding

Tampa, FL, March 23, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Russ Versaggi, CEO of Urban Edge Development and long
time Tampa real estate developer, investor and property manager announced today the renaming and
rebranding of his real estate companies.

Urban Edge Development, the umbrella company that also does real estate development and construction,
has been renamed and rebranded as Versaggi Companies (http://www.VersaggiCompanies.com).

Historic Soho, the website for a number of South Tampa apartment communities has been renamed and
rebranded as Versaggi Properties (http://www.VersaggiProperties.com).

Versaggi Realty, the property management company has been renamed and rebranded as Versaggi
Management to better describe the services for the property management company.

The rebranding also included a new look and logo, using a distinctive "V" shape in a sphere with different
color schemes to highlight the differences between the brands.

In addition, all three websites were redone and given an updated and consistent look, becoming adaptive
and mobile friendly with the matching color schemes to match the new brands.

We had three different names and three different brands and were not taking advantage of the
opportunity to visually connect all three companies and our broad real estate services, said Russ
Versaggi, CEO of Versaggi Companies. Now we have consistency across our brands and product lines,
so anyone who sees our name Versaggi, they will more easily connect us to real estate development,
property management and apartment leasing.
