COMES NOW Plaintiff Alex Lee, through counsel, to the Honorable

Court most respectfully alleges: T h a t -

1. The above entitled case is set for pre-trial on March 16, 2017;
2. However, on the said date the undersigned counsel scheduled
for his annual general check-up in Manila.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the pre-trial set on

March 16, 2017 be reset to another to another day preferably on the first
week of week of April 2017 or at the convenience of this Honorable Court.

The postponement sought is interposed not for purposes of delay.
