Job description of marketing executive who will go for my nearest shop.

Destination: Surat City

Position: Marketing Executive

Time: They can work any time because this is freelancing job so they can do their
own time but if they can do below time then it will be such helpful to them because
the it our experience show that all shop keeper are able to talk with marketing
executive on below time if they go other time then the below time then they will
face hard work .

Grocery shop visit time: 11 to 4.00 pm

Fast food: 3.30 to 6.30 Pm

Restaurant: 3.30 to 7.00 pm or 10. To 12.00

Salary:

There is no fix salary for marketing executive because it is totally commission base
job. It is such great earning opportunity for marketing executive because Marketing
Executive able to earn more than 20000 INR per month easily because if they make
one shop then Marketing Executive will get 600 Rs per shop he make . For example

He makes 6 shops in day then he will earn 3600Rs

If he makes 5 shop then he will earn 3000

If he makes 3 shop then will earn 1800

Duties:

He has take brochure of my nearest with him then he has make planning of visiting
shop then has to go to shop He has to use his own idea for visiting shop although
we will give him idea. He has to analyze the shop area and location and standard of
shop and read the nature of the businessman or shop keeper then he has to
understand current situation of trader if they are busy then executive have to give
them time to think. Then after he has to start to work and explain about my nearest
application. He has showed our brochure to the traders then he has speak according
what language suppose to speak there .he has show the benefit of application. He
has to explain about why they have to take my nearest shop application? He has to
show what will happen if they do not take application? There are many more
questions should be raised in traders mind but marketing executive has to answer
them if he can here then he has to explain the answers of the all these kind of
questions. Once trader finish listening of your explanation. Now you have to explain
about the plan of our nearest shop and explain about the charge of the our my
nearest shop once you have to install business application in shop keepers
android phone then you have collect money from them and give Challan to them.

There are two plan we have for agency on we have is if agency itself want to do the
marketing of our product then please follow the plan below

For example if you have 25 boys in marketing who work on only commission base
and who have taken training from you and they are more experience staff who even
able to sell pinch of soil . This is we call great marketing person where nobody can
survive from him when they do the marketing.

Each person who go to marketing for our application then each person will get 600
rs and you will get 200Rs straight from what they make shop .

Now you have 25 to 50 people and they make 7 shop day this is I am
putting viable figure and achievable/ realistic so they can do it .

This is real and truth figure if you train them and give proper guidance to them then
they can able to do easily 10 shop a day where you can make 100000 a day. Where
you do not need invest anything in here. It good profitable business.

Some of the light condition for recruitment agency or marketing agency or

someone who want to work as agency for MNS (my nearest shop) if
agency wants use above plan:

You (marketing agency) should have marketing person who can go to shop
to shop

There will your (marketing agency who sign this agreement with MNS)
responsibility of each person who go to the marketing field for MNS . We
have nothing do with them because we will consider your reference

If they fail to collect the money of application from the shopkeeper and
they put the shop live then we will collect the money from you (agency
who sign this agreement )you will liable for his duties and responsibility

If they (person whom you send for marketing) use bad word, shout, abuse
to shopkeeper and if shop keeper trader make legal notice, use rule and
regulation of government to the company then you (marketing agency
who sign this agreement with MNS) will be responsible whole case not
MNS(my nearest shop ) .

If you (marketing agency who sign this agreement with MNS) send person
(person mean here is person whom you send for marketing himself) for
marketing /selling our applications service while he (marketing executive
who send by you in field ) doing the marketing he has made vague
promise or give misleading information or lie or told give promise to
/with- trader/ seller or shop keeper behalf of us (MNS ) then marketing
agency (marketing agency who sign this agreement with MNS)will be
liable for that cost whichever raise ,occur from the traders any time or
after serve by your marketing agent not MNS . So please give scheme
what we have said and please do not give misleading information to them.
Please do not change our rule and regulation of the MNS which we have all
ready design for the traders.
We have make terms and condition of traders/ shop keeper / seller who
use our application and if your (marketing agency who sign this
agreement with MNS ) send person(marketing executive, agent or person
who recruited by you or who refer by you or send by you ) for selling or
marketing our application and agency person install seller panel and
collect money and give challan to traders but did not take sign at back
page or front page of both challan page then you (marketing agency )
will be liable for taking sign from them and if anything problem you
(agency )must take all traders sign in both pages of challan book copy
page and top page and top on that both side as well back side of page
of chalan page and front side of challan page )

You (marketing agency who sign this agreement with MNS ) will get your
payment once person who refer by you and working for MNS and
perceive the client or shop keeper or seller or any other person whose
category fall in our application and he has given our challan and collect
the full money ( one year charge of using the application call full money )
from the seller then he deposited our office (107 shree mahavir textile
market 395010 ) then once all clear we will pay you weekly bases of your
payment whoever is due from our side .

Option 2

As per our experience some of the agency does not like to work as above
style they like to work on 8.3% commission on annual CTC of the
employee.

If you give us the 50 people or 500 people we will definitely sign your
agreement or contract.

The commitment which is agency has to fulfill:

1 Agency has read our task and understands job work of employee whom you
recruit

2. You (agency) know that there is no fix salary in this designation (marketing
executive) . It fully commission base job

3. You (agency) have read the job description of marketing executive and
understood the rule and regulation of the HR and my nearest shop power by UV
bazaar India PVT LTD.
