Beginning the Lesson

The teacher holds the racket with dominant hand and put the balloon on it.
5mins Then the teacher will hit the ball with the racket without dropping it on the floor.
They can try with different size of balloons.
they can try hitting a balloon with the partner using a racket to make it more challenging
( only for some students if they are really good at it)

Developing the Lesson


Warm up: the students will do stretching before they do the activity or do music and
movement or dancing.
The student will find a spot then the teacher will give them a racket and a balloon.
Then the student will start to hit the balloon with a racket for a few times and try not to
20min drop the ball on the ground.
If they can do it well, they can find a partner.
They will try to hit the ball to the partner and the partner will hit the ball back without
dropping it on the ground.

Closing the Lesson


All students gather and sit in one curve.
Check their understanding for the last time and point it to several students.
