Semester one goal was to get an A in the class. I achieved this goal by always coming to class prepared and
practicing every other day. It also really helped that the environment in the classroom was very comfortable
for me to make mistakes. Places where I faulted in was procrastinating learning the music. I was still able to,
under pressure, work out to learn the song in time of the winter concert. Aside from earning a higher grade,
my academic S.M.A.R.T. goal for the 5th progress report in _my Orchestra_ class is _to be well prepared for
exhibition concert in May. Right now I know the melody and timing but I do not know the right notes. During
class I participate playing but I do not know completely how to play the two songs we have learned. Over
spring break and april I will practice with my violin. I will also perform in front of family to get rid of any
nervous ticks. Getting over this habit of staying on top of my classes with orchestra will help better my future
learning the skill to prioritize most tasks.
